LYON COUNTY - A Milroy man, 63, was arrested on a Lyon County warrant and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday on the 3400 block of 260th Street, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

LYON COUNTY - A Marshall man, 25, was arrested on a Lyon County warrant and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 6:13 p.m. Wednesday, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - Burglary reported at 7:57 a.m. Thursday on the 100 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Parties were counseled in a harassment incident reported at 2:22 p.m. Wednesday on the 700 block of South Bend Avenue, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Minneota man, 26, was arrested on a Lyon County warrant and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 2:52 p.m. Wednesday on East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - An incident described as all other reported at 3:27 p.m. Wednesday on the 100 block of West Main Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A juvenile male runaway returned home in an incident reported at 5:52 p.m. Wednesday on the 400 block of North 7th Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Burglary reported at 7:20 p.m. Wednesday on the 1000 block of Dano Circle is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Graffiti on a locker was reported at 7:52 p.m. Wednesday at Southwest Minnesota State University, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A report is being sent to the county attorney for consideration of fourth degree burglary and fourth degree damage to property charges on a Marshall man, 25, in an incident reported at 12:10 a.m. Thursday on the 300 block of North 7th Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall man, 22, was arrested for fourth degree DWI, .08 or more and driving around barricade in an incident reported at 1:41 a.m. Thursday on the intersection of Marshall Street and East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

COTTONWOOD - A Cottonwood woman, 30, was bitten by a dog in an incident reported at 5:36 p.m. Wednesday on West Vermillion Street, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said. The victim treated the bite herself, and the dog was quarantined, the sheriff's department said.
