MARSHALL - Phillip Carl Breidall, 25, of Pine Island, appeared in Lyon County District Court May 29 on charges of third degree burglary. A complaint alleges Breidall illegally entered a Marshall restaurant on May 7, 2010, and stole food items. A hearing was set for July 9.

MARSHALL - Marie Ann Decrock, 46, of Minneota, appeared in Lyon County District Court May 28 on charges of obstructing legal process, domestic assault and fourth degree criminal property damage. A complaint alleges Decrock resisted arrest during a domestic assault investigation in Minneota on May 11. A hearing was set for June 25.

MARSHALL - Adam Lee Cavazos, 18, of Marshall, appeared in Lyon County District Court May 28 on charges of motor vehicle theft and two counts of fourth degree driving while impaired. A complaint alleges Cavazos stole a semi truck in Marshall on May 12. A hearing was set for June 25.

MARSHALL - Andre Renee Carter, 54, of Marshall, appeared in Lyon County District Court May 28 on charges of terroristic threat, disorderly conduct and two counts of fifth degree assault charges. A complaint alleges Carter threatened and assaulted people in Marshall on May 12. A hearing was set for June 25.

MARSHALL - Sally Ione Redday, 35, of Marshall, appeared in Lyon County District Court May 28 on charges of aggravated forgery and fifth degree controlled substance crime. A complaint alleges Redday altered a prescription to try to obtain drugs in Marshall on Oct. 5. A hearing was set for June 25.

MARSHALL - Juan Andres Lara Ibarra, 32, of Marshall, was sentenced in Lyon County District Court May 28 for charges of domestic assault. Ibarra assaulted a woman in Marshall on Jan. 22, court records said. Ibarra was sentenced to one year in jail with 245 days stayed, pay a $300 fine and two years probation with conditions including pay restitution, abide by laws and have no contact with the victim. Additional charges of domestic assault were dismissed.
