MARSHALL - A Marshall man, 31, was arrested and cited for violating a restraining order in an incident at 6:45 a.m. Monday on the 500 block of Pleasant Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Marshall Police assisted the Austin Police Department in an incident reported at 1:01 a.m. Monday on Oak Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A report was sent to the County Attorney for consideration of curfew violation charges on a Marshall boy, 15, at 12:55 a.m. Monday on the 700 block of North 5th Street, Marshall Police said.

COTTONWOOD- A wallet and its contents were reported lost at 7:38 p.m. Sunday, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

BALATON - The subject of a harassment incident at 5:12 p.m. Sunday on the 300 block of West 2nd Street was counseled, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall woman, 50, was cited for trespassing at 11:40 a.m. Sunday on the 900 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

TRACY - A Byron, Minn., man, 47, was bitten by a dog at 4:18 a.m. Sunday on County Road 2, the Lyon County Sheriff's said. He was treated at the Marshall ER and the dog was quarantined, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A dog bite was reported at 1:04 p.m. Saturday on Soucy Drive, Marshall Police said.

MINNEOTA - A theft of pigs was reported at 9:01 a.m. Friday on 220th Avenue, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall boy was injured when an ATV tipped over at 9:54 p.m. Saturday on U.S. Highway 59, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.
