MARSHALL - A parked and unattended 1999 Oldsmobile received damage when struck by unknown vehicle in a hit-and-run incident reported at 7:52 p.m. Sunday on the 1300 block of Birch Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL -An orange tabby cat was taken to animal impound in an animal complaint incident reported at 7:26 p.m. Sunday on the 500 block of Pleasant Street, Marshall Police said.

LYON COUNTY - A Centuria, Wis., man, 21, was cited for speeding and not having a motorcycle endorsement in an incident reported at 7:11 p.m. Sunday on Minnesota Highway 23, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A report was sent to the city attorney for consideration of damage to property charges on Marshall man, 30, in an incident reported at 5:31 p.m. Sunday on the 500 block of Hudson Avenue, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A juvenile incident was referred to Human Services in an incident reported at 4:51 p.m. Sunday on the 3600 block of Robinson Street, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A purse was located in an incident reported at 2:51 p.m. Sunday, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A child was located in an incident reported at 12:34 p.m. Sunday on the 200 block of Rainbow Drive, Marshall Police said.

RUSSELL - The county highway was advised about damage to a road sign in an incident reported at 1:40 a.m. Sunday on the intersection of Lyon County Road 66 and Lyon County Road 13, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

GARVIN - A Lake Wilson man, 39, was arrested for first degree DWI in an incident reported at 11:23 p.m. Friday at Garvin Park, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said. He was brought to the Law Enforcement Center, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

LYON COUNTY - A Lynd man, 23, was cited for careless driving and speeding in an incident reported at 1:09 p.m. Friday West of Green Valley, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.
