AMENDED LAND TITLE SUMMONS IN APPLICATION FOR REGISTRATION OF LAND

In the Matter of the Application of Robert W. Meyer and Luz Elena Meyer, as Joint Tenants, to register the title to the following described real estate situated in Lyon County, Minnesota, namely:

All that part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 32, Township 111 North, Range 42 West, Lyon County, Minnesota, being more particularly described as follows:

Commencing at the northeast corner of said Southeast Quarter; thence South 00 degrees 00 minutes 52 seconds West, bearing based on Lyon County Coordinate System, along the east line of said Southeast Quarter, a distance of 660.00 feet; thence South 89 degrees 59 minutes 08 seconds West, at right angles to the last described line, a distance of 158.39 feet, to a point on the centerline of County State Aid Highway No. 25, as now constructed, said point also being the point of beginning; thence continuing South 89 degrees 59 minutes 08 seconds West a distance of 501.61 feet; thence North 00 degrees 00 minutes 52 seconds West, at right angles to the last described line, a distance of 282.07 feet, to a point on the centerline of the Redwood River, said point hereafter known as Point A; thence northerly, along said centerline, a distance of 171 feet, more or less, to the intersection of said centerline with a line that bears North 00 degrees 00 minutes 52 seconds West from said Point A; thence North 00 degrees 00 minutes 52 seconds West a distance of 241.15 feet, to a point on the north line of said Southeast Quarter; thence North 89 degrees 29 minutes 03 seconds West, along said north line, a distance of 655.42 feet, to the northeast corner of the Northwest Quarter of said Southeast Quarter; thence South 00 degrees 03 minutes 21 seconds West, along the east line of the Northwest Quarter of said Southeast Quarter, a distance of 660.02 feet, to the intersection of said west line with a line that is 660 feet south and parallel with the north line of said Southeast Quarter; thence South 89 degrees 29 minutes 03 seconds East, parallel with said north line, a distance of 326.22 feet, to a point on a line that is 990 feet west of and parallel with the east line of said Southeast Quarter; thence South 00 degrees 00 minutes 52 seconds East, parallel with said east line, a distance of 320.68 feet, to a point on the centerline of Camden Hill Road, as now constructed; thence North 69 degrees 02 minutes 45 seconds East, along said centerline, a distance of 238.00 feet; thence northeasterly, along said centerline, along a tangential curve concave to the southeast, having a central angle of 17 degrees 32 minutes 48 seconds, a radius of 565.00 feet, and an arc length of 173.03 feet; thence North 86 degrees 35 minutes 35 seconds East, tangent to said curve, a distance of 128.71 feet, to a point on said centerline of County State Aid Highway No. 25; thence North 70 degrees 46 minutes 10 seconds East, along said centerline, a distance of 39.59 feet; thence northeasterly, along said centerline, along a curve tangential concave to the northwest, having a central angle of 24 degrees 52 minutes 20 seconds, a radius of 750.00 feet, and an arc length of 325.58 feet, to the point of beginning.

Said tract is subject to any existing highways, roadways, or easements.

also all heirs and devisees of any of the above-named persons who are deceased; and all other persons or parties unknown, claiming any right, title, estate, lien or interest in the real estate described in the Application or amendments herein.

THE STATE OF MINNESOTA TO THE ABOVE-NAMED DEFENDANTS:

You are hereby summoned and required to answer the Application of the Applicants in the above-entitled proceeding and to file your answer to the said Application in the office of the District Court Administrator in said County, within 20 days after service of this Summons upon you exclusive of the day of such service, and if you fail to answer the Application within the time aforesaid, the Applicants in this proceeding will apply to the Court for the relief demanded therein.
