MARSHALL - The theft of a handgun was reported at 5:37 a.m. Friday on the 100 block of South 1st Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Trespass notices were served in an incident reported at 12:25 a.m. Friday on the 100 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A probation violation reported at 11:38 p.m. Thursday on the 100 block of West Main Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A hit- and-run incident reported at 7:05 p.m. Thursday on Birch Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall man, 52, was cited for driving after revocation in an incident reported at 5:44 p.m. Thursday on the 1400 block of Parkside Drive

MARSHALL - A building door was damaged in an incident reported at 4:02 p.m. Thursday on Minnesota Highway 19, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A Granite Falls woman, 23, was arrested on Lyon County warrants and new charges of possession of legend drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia and was brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 3 p.m. Thursday on Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall man, 35, was arrested on Lyon County warrants and a new charge of possession of drug paraphernalia and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 2:58 p.m. Thursday on Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Minneota man, 30, was arrested on a Lyon County warrant and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 2:54 p.m. Thursday on Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A fraud incident reported at 9:41 a.m. Thursday on the 500 block of Jaguar Court is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

Accidents

MARSHALL - A 2009 Ford driven by Garvin man, 20, received moderate damage and a 2004 Dodge driven by Redwood Falls man, 35, received severe damage in a property damage accident reported at 6:20 a.m. Friday at the intersection of Fairview Street and North Bruce Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A 1999 GMC driven by Marshall boy, 16, received moderate damage when it struck the Super America building, which received an unknown amount of damage in a property damage accident reported at 7:53 a.m. Thursday on the 1000 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.
