MARSHALL - Gregory Thomas Burg, 28, of Richmond, appeared in Lyon County District Court June 25 on charges of second degree driving while impaired. A complaint alleges Burg drove while impaired in Marshall on May 15, and had two prior DWI convictions in the past 10 years. A hearing was set for July 23.

MARSHALL - Nicholas Ray Muhlenhardt, 34, of Taylor Falls, appeared in Lyon County District Court June 25 on charges of fifth degree controlled substance crime, fourth degree driving while impaired, and illegal possession of prescription drugs. A complaint alleges Muhlenhardt possessed drugs in Marshall on June 11. A hearing was set for July 23.

MARSHALL - Reed Byron Dressen, 35, of Tyler, pleaded innocent in Lyon County District Court June 25 to charges of second degree burglary and third degree burglary. A complaint alleges Dressen stole items from a house and garage in Lyon County between April 21 and April 26, 2012. A trial was set for July 31 - Aug. 1, with a date certain of Nov. 7-8. A pretrial hearing was set for July 23.

MARSHALL - Donna Marie Meier, 59, of Tracy, appeared in Lyon County District Court June 25 on charges of fourth degree assault, third degree driving while impaired, obstructing legal process, and third degree criminal property damage - liability for crimes of another. A complaint alleges Meier damaged a window and drove while impaired in Tracy on June 10. A hearing was set for July 9. Bail for Meier was set at $12,000 without conditions, or $3,000 cash or bond with conditions including abide by laws, abstain from alcohol and drugs, and do not enter bars or liquor stores.

MARSHALL - Cory Bee Jones, 31, homeless, appeared in Lyon County District Court June 25 on charges of fifth degree controlled substance crime. A complaint alleges Jones possessed methamphetamine in Marshall on June 10. A hearing was set for July 9.

MARSHALL - Michael John Beers, 39, of Edgerton, appeared in Lyon County District Court June 25 on charges of first degree driving while impaired and violation of a restricted driver's license. A complaint alleges Beers drove while impaired in Lyon County on June 7, and had a previous DWI conviction in 2007. A hearing was set for July 9.

MARSHALL - James Earl Toth, 40, of Cottonwood, pleaded guilty in Lyon County District Court June 20 to charges of first degree burglary - liability for crimes of another, court records said. Toth and an accomplice bound and threatened a man in Lyon County on March 24 before stealing items from his residence, court records said. A pre-sentencing investigation was ordered, and a sentencing hearing was set for July 19.

MARSHALL - Jennifer Kaye Blue, 29, of Cottonwood, pleaded guilty in Lyon County District Court June 20 to charges of first degree burglary - liability for crimes of another, court records said. Blue and an accomplice bound and threatened a man in Lyon County on March 24 before stealing items from his residence, court records said. A pre-sentencing investigation was ordered, and a sentencing hearing was set for July 17.

MARSHALL - Casey James Pederson, 27, of Marshall, pleaded guilty in Lyon County District Court June 20 to charges of second degree driving under the influence of a controlled substance, court records said. Pederson drove under the influence of methamphetamine in Marshall on June 7, and had two prior DWI convictions in the past 10 years, court records said. Pederson was sentenced to one year in jail with 275 days stayed, pay an $800 fine, and three years probation with conditions including serve 90 days in jail, obtain a chemical use assessment and abide by laws. Additional charges of violation of a restricted driver's license were dismissed.

MARSHALL - Jeremy Steven Robb, 29, of Marshall, pleaded guilty in Lyon County District Court June 18 to charges of predatory offender - failure to notify of an address change, court records said. Robb failed to notify authorities that he had moved from Sleepy Eye to Marshall in December, court records said. The court ordered a pre-sentencing investigation, and a sentencing hearing was set for Aug. 6.
