COTTONWOOD - Parties were counseled in a harassment incident reported at 1:45 a.m. Tuesday on West Main Street, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - The theft of an iPod was reported at 10:50 p.m. Monday on the 600 block of Heritage Circle, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall man, 28, was arrested and cited for driving after revocation, held for a Hennepin County warrant and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 7:41 p.m. Monday, Marshall Police said. He later posted bail, Police said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall man, 51, was arrested and cited for violating a harassment order and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 6:16 p.m. Monday on the 600 block of Donita Avenue, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A parked and unattended 2002 Chrysler received light damage when struck by an unknown vehicle in an incident reported at 3:47 p.m. Monday on the 1200 block of Susan Drive, Marshall Police said.

COTTONWOOD - A family matter reported at 1:22 p.m. Monday on U.S. Highway 59 is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A boy's bicycle was found and taken to the garage in an incident reported at 12:48 p.m. Monday on East Southview Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Tracy woman, 18, was arrested and cited for giving a false name and date of birth to peace officer and theft by shoplifting and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 11:58 a.m. Monday on the 1200 block of Susan Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A black kitten was taken to animal impound in an incident reported at 11:47 a.m. Monday on the 800 block of West Southview Court, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A vehicle was damaged in an incident reported at 10:18 a.m. Monday on the 600 block of West Marshall Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Graffiti was removed from a window and phone box in a vandalism incident reported at 9:28 a.m. Monday, Marshall Police said.
