MARSHALL - A Redwood Falls man, 23, was arrested and cited for 4th degree DWI and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 1:06 a.m. Wednesday on South 2nd Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A verbal warning was given for fireworks in an incident reported at 10:07 p.m. Tuesday on the 500 block of Genesis Avenue, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A cooler, cellphone and fishing license were found in an incident reported at 8:27 p.m. Tuesday on the 100 block of Kathryn Avenue, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A report is being sent to the city attorney for consideration of depriving another of parental rights charges on a Marshall woman, 32, in an incident reported at 6:12 p.m. Tuesday on the 1000 block of Birch Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Theft of a 10-speed boy's mountain bike was reported at 1:50 p.m. Tuesday on the 400 block of South Saratoga Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Subjects were talked with in a juvenile matter reported at 1:33 p.m. Tuesday on the 1000 block of Willow Avenue, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A harassment incident reported at 1:28 p.m. Tuesday on the 1200 block of East College Drive is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall man, 30, was arrested for the violation of the conditions of his release and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 12:39 p.m. Tuesday on the 1200 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

LYON COUNTY - A lost inner tube and rope was found and returned to its owner in an incident reported at 11:01 a.m. Tuesday on U.S. Highway 14, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A golden retriever was taken to animal impound in an incident reported at 7:20 a.m. Tuesday at the on 3rd Street, Marshall Police said. The dog was later returned to its owner after the fees were paid, Police said.

COTTONWOOD - Parties were counseled in a harassment incident reported at 1:45 a.m. Tuesday on West Main Street, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

Accidents

MARSHALL - A 2009 Pontiac driven by Canby woman, 61, received severe damage and a 1996 Ford driven by Marshall woman, 19, received severe damage in a property damage accident reported at 12:49 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Channel Parkway and U.S. Highway 59, Marshall Police said.
