MARSHALL - Graffiti on a building was reported in an incident at 5:47 a.m. Monday on the 400 block of Jewett Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A subject was located and returned home in an incident reported at 11:09 p.m. Sunday on the 100 block of Parkview Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A LeMars, Iowa, woman, 28, turned herself in on a Lyon County warrant in an incident reported at 9:06 p.m. Sunday, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - The theft of a computer from a vehicle was reported at 3:19 p.m. Sunday on the 900 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

COTTONWOOD - A lost wallet and its contents was reported at 10:45 a.m. Sunday, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A report was sent to the county attorney for consideration of auto theft charges on Marshall woman, 21, in an incident reported at 9:07 a.m. Sunday on the 100 block of Lilac Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A 2002 Ford parked and unattended received moderate damage when struck by unknown vehicle in an incident reported at 8:41 a.m. Sunday on the 100 block of E Street, Marshall Police said.

COTTONWOOD - A loud party was dispersed in an incident reported at 1:39 a.m. Sunday on Lyon County Road 10, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MINNEOTA - A driver's license was destroyed per owner's request in a property found incident reported at 8:47 p.m. Saturday, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

COTTONWOOD - A Cottonwood man, 27, was arrested and cited for domestic assault in an incident reported at 7:53 a.m. Saturday on 320th Ave., the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said. He was brought to the Law Enforcement Center, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHAL - A 1993 Ford driven by Minneota man, 26, received moderate damage and a 1995 Pontiac driven by Marshall woman, 18, received moderate damage in an incident reported at 2:41 Sunday at the intersection of South 4th Street and West Main Street, Marshall Police said.
