TRACY - A damage to property incident was reported at 7:36 a.m. Tuesday on the 300 block of South Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

TRACY - A suspicious incident was reported at 4:40 a.m. Tuesday on the 400 block of 8th Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

TRACY - A suspicious incident was reported at 3:25 a.m. Tuesday on the 300 block of Morgan Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - A Redwood Falls woman, 20, was cited for minor consumption, a Marshall woman, 20, was cited for underage drinking and driving, minor consumption, allowing open bottle and minor possession of alcohol, and a report was sent to the county attorney for consideration of minor possession and minor consumption charges on a Marshall boy, 16, in an incident reported at 2:01 a.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Southview Drive and Deschepper Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A trespassing notice was served in an incident reported at 1:22 p.m. Monday on the 1300 block of Peterson Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Minneapolis man, 52, was served with a Lyon County warrant in an incident reported at 1:13 p.m. Monday at the Law Enforcement Center, Marshall Police said.

COTTONWOOD - A fraud incident reported at 1:03 p.m. Monday on the 2900 block of Lyon County Road 10 is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A parked and unattended 2012 GMC received damage when it was struck by an unknown vehicle in a hit and run incident reported at 12:41 p.m. Monday, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Dogtra remote was reported lost at 11:54 a.m. Monday near the dog run, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall man, 26, turned himself in on Lyon County and Carver County warrants in an incident reported at 11:18 a.m. Monday at the Law Enforcement Center, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A letter was sent to the owner of a driver's license reported found at 9:04 a.m. Monday, Marshall Police said.
