MARSHALL - Loud people were reported at 9 p.m. Tuesday on the 1100 block of Winchester Avenue, Marshall Police said.

TRACY - An incident described as all other was reported at 6:47 p.m. Tuesday on the 300 block of Center Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - A bicycle tire was damaged in a vandalism incident reported at 5:53 p.m. Tuesday on the 400 block of South Saratoga Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - The owner of a license plate reported found at 5:03 p.m. Tuesday on the 1100 block of Main Street was notified, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - An assault incident reported at 4:49 p.m. Tuesday on the 1500 block of State Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A bicycle reported found at 4:06 p.m. Tuesday on the 300 block of Camden Drive was brought to the garage, Marshall Police said.

LYND - A report is not yet complete on an assault incident reported at 3:26 p.m. Tuesday, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A report is not yet complete on a hit-and-run incident reported at 3:19 p.m. Tuesday on the 1500 block of Carlson Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A check fraud incident reported at 3:10 p.m. Tuesday on the 2600 block of Lyon County Road 8 is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A check forgery incident reported at 2:11 p.m. Tuesday on the 400 block of Country Club Drive is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A report was sent to the county attorney for consideration of disorderly conduct and damage to property charges on a Marshall boy, 14, in an incident reported at 1:08 p.m. Tuesday on the 400 block of South Saratoga Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A parked and unattended 2002 Cadillac was damaged when it was struck by an unknown vehicle in a hit-and-run incident reported at 11:55 a.m. Tuesday near Southwest Minnesota State University, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Theft of an iPhone was reported at 9:16 a.m. Tuesday on Tiger Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A black and white kitten was taken to the animal impound in an animal complaint incident reported at 7:28 a.m. Tuesday on the 500 block of Genesis Avenue, Marshall Police said.
