TRACY - A suspicious incident was reported at 8:28 p.m. Sunday on the 200 block of North Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - A parked and unattended 2000 Ford was damaged when struck by an unknown vehicle in a hit and run incident reported at 5:57 p.m. Sunday on Williams Street, Marshall Police said.

TRACY - An animal complaint incident was reported at 3:17 p.m. Sunday on the 400 block of 5th Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - A report was sent to the city attorney for consideration of reckless driving, disorderly conduct and improper lane use on a Battle Lake man, 64, in an incident reported at 2:58 p.m. Sunday on the 1200 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

TRACY - A family matter was reported at 2:22 p.m. Sunday on the 800 block of Rowland Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

TRACY - A theft incident was reported at 12:13 p.m. Sunday on the 1200 block of Morgan Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

LYON COUNTY - A Lake Benton woman, 63, was arrested for fourth degree DWI and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 1:22 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of Lyon County Road 2 and 150th Ave., the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

TRACY - A damage to property incident was reported at 10:07 p.m. Saturday on the 200 block of 4th Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MINNEOTA - An animal complaint incident was reported at 9:11 a.m. Saturday on the 300 block of East Lyon Street, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

TRACY - An incident described as all other was reported at 6:35 a.m. Saturday at the intersection of Morgan Street and 3rd Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - A New Brighton man, 44, was arrested for third degree DWI and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 1:06 a.m. Saturday on College Drive, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall woman, 24, was arrested for third degree DWI and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 11:34 p.m. Friday, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

Two injured in Sunday crash

CLARKFIELD - Two people were injured in a crash reported at 12:12 p.m. Sunday at the intersection of U.S. Highway 59 and Minnesota Highway 67 in Clarkfield, the Yellow Medicine County Sheriff's Office said.

A vehicle driven by Gary Nulph, 72, of Detroit Lakes was northbound on Highway 59 when it failed to yield to a vehicle traveling west on Highway 67, the Sheriff's Office said. Nulph's vehicle was struck by a vehicle driven by Daniel Kleine, 25, of Brookings, S.D., the Sheriff's Office said. Gary Nulph and his passenger, Kay Nulph, were transported by ambulance to the Granite Falls hospital, the Sheriff's Office said.

The crash is under investigation. The Clarkfield Ambulance, Clarkfield Fire Department, and the Granite Falls Ambulance all responded at the scene.
