RUSSELL - A civil matter reported at 1:12 a.m. Monday is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A domestic incident reported at 10:38 p.m. Sunday on the 3100 block of U.S. Highway 59 is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

GARVIN - A report was sent to the county attorney for consideration of minor consumption charges on a Garvin man, 19, and a Tracy girl, 17, in an incident reported at 2:10 a.m. Saturday on the 2700 block of U.S. Highway 14, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MINNEOTA - A damage to property incident was reported at 2:02 a.m. Saturday on the 100 block of East 1st Street, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

TRACY - A suspicious incident was reported at 10:59 p.m. Friday, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - A fraud incident reported at 5:10 p.m. Friday on the 3100 block of Minnesota Highway 19 is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

TRACY - An animal complaint incident was reported t 3:31 p.m. Friday on the 700 block of East 4th Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

Accidents

COTTONWOOD - A crash reported at 9:32 a.m. Monday at the intersection of Minnesota Highway 23 and Lyon County Road 9 was handled by the Minnesota State Patrol, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said. No further information was available.
