ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
October 4, 2013
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
The City of Marshall will receive bids in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building at 10:00 a.m. on October 17, 2013, for the following project:
To demolish and remove the dwelling, greenhouse, and garage structures located at 1001 West College Drive, Marshall, Minnesota. Removal of the structures to 4 feet below grade. The demolition shall include the proper disposal of all hazardous materials
incorporated into the structures.
All bids shall be made on the proposal forms of the City and shall be accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's check, bid bond or certified check payable to the order of the City Clerk/Financial Director for not less than 10 percent of the amount bid.
Bids shall be directed to the City Clerk/Financial Director, securely sealed and endorsed upon the outside wrapper with a brief statement or summary as to the work for which the bid is made.
The City Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding.
No bidder may withdraw his bid for at least 30 days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids.

507-537-6773. Copies of the specifications and bidding documents will be furnished on request to any prospective bidder.
