MARSHALL - A report was sent to the county attorney for consideration of domestic assault, second degree assault and fifth degree assault charges on two men, ages 22 and 24, in an incident reported at 8:10 p.m. Sunday on the 100 block of Spruce Lane, Marshall Police said.

TRACY - A family matter was reported at 7:36 p.m. Sunday on the 400 block of 5th Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - A family matter reported at 4:53 p.m. Sunday is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A letter was sent to the owner of a wallet reported found at 4:33 p.m. Sunday near Liberty Park, Marshall Police said.

LYON COUNTY - An Edina man, 19, was arrested on a Lyon County warrant and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 7:13 p.m. Saturday, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - An assault incident reported at 7:12 p.m. Saturday on the 600 block of West Main Street is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

TRACY - A Tracy woman, 52, was cited for no insurance and seat belt violation in a traffic related complaint incident reported at 4:46 p.m. Friday at the intersection of 6th Street and Emory Street, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

LYON COUNTY - A sign was damaged in a vandalism incident reported at 3:39 p.m. Friday at the intersection of Lyon County Road 24 and U.S. Highway 59, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

GARVIN - A criminal sexual conduct incident reported at 10:45 a.m. Friday near Garvin Park is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

TRACY - A domestic incident was reported at 12:44 a.m. Friday on the 500 block of East Hollett Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

Accidents

MARSHALL - Drivers exchanged information in a property damage accident reported at 2:53 p.m. Sunday at the intersection of Church Street and A Street, Marshall Police said.

RUSSELL - Five people were injured in a crash reported at 1:17 p.m. Saturday on the 1900 block of Lyon County Road 2, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said. A 1991 Chevrolet driven by David Lavoie of Russell was destroyed, and a 1999 Chevrolet driven by Benjamin Werth of Albertville was severely damaged in the crash, the Sheriff's Department said. Lavoie was taken to the hospital by ambulance and Werth went to the hospital on his own, the Sheriff's Department said. Three passengers in Werth's vehicle were also injured. James Archer was taken to the hospital by ambulance, and Sabrina Werth and Cora Werth went to the hospital on their own, the Sheriff's Department said.
