MARSHALL - Gibb Cody Marchant, 28, of Marshall, appeared in Lyon County District Court Oct. 22 on charges of first degree controlled substance crime. A complaint alleges Marchant sold methamphetamine in Marshall on April 12. A hearing was set for Nov. 9.

MARSHALL - Monica Raye Anderson, 44, of Marshall, appeared in Lyon County District Court Oct. 22 on charges of fifth degree controlled substance crime. A complaint alleges Anderson grew marijuana in Marshall on Aug. 3. The court found probable cause for the charges. A hearing was set for Nov. 19.

MARSHALL - Travis William Mylo Cleary, 30, of Marshall, appeared in Lyon County District Court Oct. 22 on charges of second degree controlled substance crime and third degree controlled substance crime. A complaint alleges Cleary sold drugs in Marshall in separate incidents on May 5 and May 25. The court found probable cause for the charges. A hearing was set for Nov. 19.

MARSHALL - Tia Donene Salamone, 32, of Arco, was sentenced in Lyon County District Court Oct. 22 for fifth degree controlled substance crime and fourth degree controlled substance crime. Salamone drove while under the influence of a controlled substance in Marshall on Aug. 15, court records said. Salamone received a stay of imposition of sentence, a $500 fine, and five years probation with conditions including abide by laws, serve 90 days in jail, and abstain from alcohol and drugs.

MARSHALL - Abraham Gutierrez, 19, of Marshall, appeared in Lyon County District Court Oct. 22 on charges of first degree controlled substance crime and three counts of second degree controlled substance crime. A complaint alleges Gutierrez sold methamphetamine in Marshall in September and October 2012. The court found probable cause for the charges. A hearing was set for Nov. 5.
