MARSHALL - A report was sent to the county attorney for consideration of second degree DWI charges on a Waltham man, 25, in an incident reported at 11:16 p.m. Tuesday on East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

TRACY - An incident described as all other was reported at 8:46 p.m. Tuesday, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - A bicycle reported found at 4:16 p.m. Tuesday on Jewett Street was taken to the garage, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A theft incident reported at 1:54 p.m. Tuesday is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A dog taken to the animal impound in an animal complaint incident reported at 11:39 a.m. Tuesday on the 600 block of Southview Drive was later released to its owner after fees were paid, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A report was sent to the county attorney for consideration of assault charges on two Marshall girls, ages 14 and 11, in an incident reported at 11:21 a.m. Tuesday on the 1400 block of South 4th Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A report was sent to Human Services in a juvenile incident reported at 11:08 a.m. Tuesday on the 400 block of South Saratoga Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A cellular phone reported found at 11:01 a.m. Tuesday near Independence Park was returned to its owner, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A report was sent to the city attorney for consideration of witness tampering charges on a Marshall man, 34, in an incident reported at 10:55 a.m. Tuesday on the 400 block of Jewett Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A report was sent to the county attorney for consideration of contempt charges on a Marshall man, 27, in an incident reported at 9:43 a.m. Tuesday on the 100 block of Ranch Avenue, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Theft of a Sunday newspaper was reported at 9:27 a.m. Tuesday on the 900 block of Country Club Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A juvenile matter was reported at 8:26 a.m. Tuesday, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A 1981 Ford driven by a Marshall man, 64, and a 2003 GMC driven by a Tyler woman, 41, both received moderate damage in a property damage accident reported at 11:52 a.m. Tuesday at the intersection of East Saratoga Street and C Street, Marshall Police said.
