Fair enough, you have seen them all play and can state your opinion, but stating that Gimmestad is "far better" than both of them is incorrect. Nothing against Tyler, he is very good and deserves mentioning.

Saw Kor many times and Hennen enough to say that Gimmestad is far better than them both. Again this was just Wayne and Ryan's picks so I shared mine.

I do not how Tyler Flattem could only be honorable mention. He averaged a Double Double and defended the opposing teams best 4 or 5 player.

How many Minneota (Hennen) or RTR (Kor) games did TigerFan watch? Any? Probably not. The All-Area team does not have to revolve around Marshall players every year.

I don't know about the selections. Everyone thinks that their kid should be on the list. Just remember that this is only the newspapers selections! They really mean nothing! They go purely by stats they don't see the big picture, I would like to know who picks them? Cookie? The only team that he knows anything about is Wabasso, since he writes an article on them almost everyday. Is anyone else sick of that?

Matt Anderson I meant on my initial post, not Matt Hansen.

I think you got the POY correct, but selecting Kor and Hennen over Gimmestad was ridiculous. Ian Hansen probably should have been on the first team as well. Paul Counter got dissed too, but probably being injured most of the year did not help. Overall, it was slim pickings anyway, and only two people's opinions. My five would have been: Tyler Gimmestad Ian Hansen Matt Hansen Brady Miller Beau Bredeson
