Absolutely! Keeping chemical weapons out of the hands of radicals and keeping weapons out of Hezbollah's hands is critical. 70,000 people dead is not a humane situation.
Start with a no fly zone.
Keep American boots out except to safeguard and destroy chemical weapons stockpiles.

as long as Obama is still president we shouldn't get involved in anything other than protecting our allies and freinds; like israel. he is a proven liar and an incompetent who surrounds himself with other liars and incompetents. we should do nothing in syria as long as he is potus. he will only let our military down. anything he touches goes bad.

Should the US increase its role in the Syrian situation? I can't even call it a civil war because it's the Syrian government fighting foreign mercenaries who are being funded and armed by the U.S. already. Those rebels are Al Qaeda and they are working for our criminal leaders who want Asaad out! Google it! You will find articles in the Washington Post, The New York Times, The Las Angeles Times, among others. Our leaders have let Al Qaeda take over Libya, let them take the chemical weapons and heat seeking missiles out of Libya and into Syria. This is all public! Don't take my word for it. Research it yourself!!!
