Good grief people are rude enough without being able to yap constantly on their cell phone. Already in a cramped area and then your going to be stuck next to someone who is going to be talking non stop the entire flight. Get over it you are not that important you can't wait until you get off the plane.

My cell phone completely loses signal around 2000 AGL.

I'm still amazed that on 9/11 while the airplanes were at 15,000-20,000 feet, there were passengers who made calls to family members from their cell phones. Amazing cell phone service I must say. personally I don't care because I refuse to be groped by the TSA/Total Sandusky Administration and be radiated by the naked body scanners. So dial away passengers!!
