and Isaac Dolan is not overrated, he did have one bad game. But the others were great, just think if he was on marshall they would be unstopable. Although i believe that Isaac does have one of the best linemen to sit behind and pass, he has all day.

Man what is up with everyone downing TMB, do you guys not see that this is a very good team, and for those who say that they beat on small teams, that is a lie. They are only 12 people away from being 1A. So when they go to the playoffs they are the small team, playing teams that are way bigger then they are, beside they had a good game against everyone this year, the game verse minneota will determine if they are a good team or not.

Ok.....maybe the question should be.... Which team will win the most playoff games?

How is marshall poised to lose to luverne again? Also, tracy will go absolutely no where in the playoffs, it takes more than one good player to win games in the post-season. Isaac Dolan is the only good player on tracy's roster. And dont try to sell me on their receivers they will do nothing against real competition.

The Luverne Cardinals.

Tracy builds a good record by playing poor teams. They found out about reality in the playoffs. Marshall is better but lost to Luverne last year and is poised to do the same this year.

I'm not sure that the interception count is right. I think I heard only 3, still not great. But when you have a passing game, things like that will happen. I think that TMB is also trying to establish a ground game. Just one reason that the stat on throwing yards was lower. Calling someone to the carpet isn't the right thing to do...it's his stats that put him in the spotlight, not what the kid says. He lets his play do the talking!!!!! Good for him! I don't think he'll probably go on to play D-1 but he is the best QB in the area! As for the playoffs....only time will tell. Should be interesting!

haha i believe marshall has beaten new ulm the past two years and brookings..both of whom are bigger than marshall. Also, tracy is in the same boat as marshall, they can beat up on these small towns but when they actually play anyone they get it handed to them. And Isaac Dolan is greatly overrated, just look at this week when they actually played someone who could play defense..136 yards and 4 interceptions?..sure does sound like an all-star to me..

I think it's already obvious who's going to be a good football team this year!! Time for a new question.

Actually you are somewhat correct onetwothree however I don't believe the question is who would win if each of these teams played each other. It is who will be the best team in the area. You need to take into context each team playing within their own conferences and sections- for instance a town of say 500 such as Minneota couldnt certainly be expected to compete or beat a team such as Marshall. But to say that because of that Minneota is not one of the better teams in the area is ludicrous. If I remember right a AA team Luverne handily beat Marshall last year. So even that theory of size doesn't always hold up. I can't remember the last year it was that Marshall actually won a playoff game. Against teams of their own size...

Actually, being in a bigger class means quite a bit. Unless a rare dominant team comes along in a smaller class (for this area last years Luverne team would qualify), smaller schools cannot compete with bigger schools. Look around the state. The state champion in each individual class would have a very difficult time competing in the class above them. It just doesn't happen. The top 4A schools won't consistently beat the top 5A schools, the top 2A schools won't consistently beat the top 3A schools. I just doesn't happen in football. It does in other sports, but football is completely different.

What a bias and unfounded thing to say onetwothree. Have you even seen any of the other teams play?

Just because Marshall is a higher class doesn't mean anything.

How can any team besides Marshall garner votes in this poll? If Marshall played every team on this list 10 times each, none of the games would be close. I realize there are blind homers out and about, but come on people...this isn't even close.
