Juvenile on scooter hit by vehicle in Marshall

MARSHALL — A juvenile on an electric scooter sustained possible injuries when she was hit by a vehicle Friday afternoon, Marshall Police said. The accident was reported at 1:23 p.m. at the intersection of East College Drive and Mustang Trail. A vehicle collided with a juvenile female on an electric scooter, Police said. The scooter had minor damage as a result of the accident, and the juvenile was taken to Avera Marshall Medical Center with a possible injury, Police said. The juvenile was not wearing a helmet at the time of the collision, Police said.
