MARSHALL — Drivers in Marshall should be on the lookout for tree removal crews along Highway 19 beginning in the next couple of weeks, the Minnesota Department of Transportation said Wednesday. The tree and brush removal will help set the stage for a major reconstruction project planned on Highway 19 starting this year.
