Buster named VP of Operations at Jonti-Craft

Jonti-Craft Inc announce that Doug Buster has accepted the position of VP of Operations for Jonti-Craft. In this role, he will oversee all areas of manufacturing operations.

He comes to Jonti-Craft with a variety of experience, including the role of Director of Manufacturing for Flexsteel, Inc, one of North America’s largest manufacturers, importers, and exporters of furnishings — located in Dubuque, Iowa. Prior to Flexsteel, he had his own fabrication/powder coating company, 5J Inc., which he started from scratch. In addition, he was with HNI Corporation’s HON and Allsteel office furniture operations for 18 years in various positions of increasing responsibility (including production supervisor, customer service representative, technical service representative, focus factory manager, national accounts manager, product business manager-Allsteel), and culminating in his last role as general manager of Allsteel Panel Operations.
