Brisk temperatures in the 30s didn’t scare away youngsters from enjoying Halloween events on Saturday in Marshall. Downtown businesses held trick-or-treating in the afternoon. Halloween events are also planned today — a Halloween parade at Hill Street Place at 4 p.m., trick or treating at Boulder Estates and a trunk or treat at St. Stephen Lutheran Church (guests are asked to bring a non-perishable food item or monetary donation for the food shelf).
