One injury after vehicle strikes pedestrians, police say
MARSHALL — One person received possible injuries when a vehicle struck a pedestrian in the parking lot of the Marshall-Lyon County Library Monday, Marshall Police said.
At around noon, a vehicle moving through the library parking lot struck a parent and children walking, said Sgt. Ben Rieke of the Marshall Police Department. The vehicle struck the pedestrians after a Community Transit bus had pulled out.
The children were uninjured in the accident, and the adult received possible injuries, Rieke said.
North Memorial Ambulance responded at the scene.
