MARSHALL — Tree maintenance work in the city of Marshall will continue Tuesday. Part of North Fourth Street, between Redwood and Marshall Street, will be closed for tree removals, the city said.

The street will be closed between 9:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. Vehicles are recommended to be parked on adjacent streets during construction. People can call the Marshall public works office at 507-537-6773 with questions.

Crews from the Marshall street department have been trimming and removing trees in the city right of way this spring. Affected trees are ones that are dead, need maintenance or have been damaged by emerald ash borer.
