MARSHALL — Theft of packages reported at 6:28 a.m. Monday on the 800 block of Hackberry Drive is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

AMIRET — A Russell man, 35, was arrested for DWI and placed on a 12-hour hold at 1:37 a.m. Monday at the intersection of Church Street and Lyon County Road 2, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — The Lyon County Sheriff’s Office assisted Marshall Police in an incident at 6:19 p.m. Sunday on the 200 block of West First Street, the Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 27, was arrested for DWI and placed on a 12-hour hold at 5:58 p.m. Sunday on the 1400 block of Boyer Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A hit and run incident reported at 1:51 p.m. Sunday on the 1200 block of East Main Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — Marshall Police assisted the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office in an incident at 1:32 a.m. Sunday on the 600 block of West Main Street, Police said.

TAUNTON — A report was sent to the county attorney’s office for consideration of property damage charges against a 29-year-old Marshall man, in an incident at 9:21 p.m. Saturday on the 200 block of West First Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — An adult male was bitten by a dog at 2:50 p.m. Saturday on the 1900 block of 260th Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said. The dog was placed on a 10-day in-home quarantine, the Sheriff’s Office said.

MINNEOTA — An animal complaint was reported at 2:02 p.m. Saturday on the 600 block of North Madison Street, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL — An adult male was arrested for DWI, driving after cancellation – inimical to public safety, open bottle and theft at 10:34 a.m. Saturday on the 1500 block of Boyer Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A report of a male stealing groceries at 8:28 a.m. Saturday on the 100 block of East Main Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A report is not complete on a public disturbance at 2:44 p.m. Friday on the 300 block of South Second Street, Marshall Police said.

MINNEOTA — A civil matter was reported at 9:19 a.m. Friday, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL — An incident reported at 8:27 a.m. Friday on the 500 block of Darlene Drive is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

Accidents

MARSHALL — A vehicle struck a sign in a property damage accident at 6:04 p.m. Sunday at the intersection of Clarice Avenue and North Minnesota Highway 23, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 2009 Dodge Ram and a 2016 Honda Civic were involved in a property damage crash at 10:31 p.m. Friday at the intersection of South Fourth Street and West College Drive, Marshall Police said. The driver of the Civic was checked on by the ambulance, but was not brought to the hospital, Police said.
