MARSHALL — A Clarkfield man, 23, was cited for speeding at 6:49 a.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Lyon County Road 8 and U.S. Highway 59, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
TRACY — Theft was reported at 10:14 p.m. Monday on the 100 block of Craig Avenue, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.
COTTONWOOD — A Hanley Falls woman, 28, was cited for driving after revocation and speeding at 7:13 p.m. Monday at the intersectionof Minnesota Highway 23 and Lyon County Road 22, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
MARSHALL — Theft reported at 6:23 p.m. Monday on Patricia Court is under investigation, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 30, was cited for not having a valid Minnesota driver’s license in a traffic incident at 6:05 p.m. Monday on the 1200 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A report was sent to the city attorney’s office for consideration of theft charges against a Marshall woman, 49, in an incident at 4:19 p.m. Monday on the 100 block of West Maple Street, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 32, was arrested for DWI at 2:20 p.m. Monday on the 1500 block of Carlson Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A Willmar man, 21, was cited for driving after revocation in an incident at 9:14 a.m. Monday on the 1200 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.
MINNEOTA — Threats were reported at 7:42 a.m. Monday on the 100 block of East First Street, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.
