MARSHALL — Two Marshall men, ages 25 and 24, and a Marshall woman, 23, were arrested in an incident involving a weapon and burglary at 10:46 p.m. Sunday on Pearl Avenue, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 24, was arrested for theft at 9:11 p.m. Sunday on the 400 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A report was sent to the county attorney’s office for consideration of making threats of violence charges against a 30-year-old Marshall man in an incident at 4:48 p.m. Sunday on the 100 block of Spruce Drive, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — Check fraud reported at 4:09 p.m. Sunday on the 100 block of Spruce Drive is under investigation, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A Lynd female was arrested for a harassment restraining order violation at 10:59 p.m. Sunday on Pearl Avenue, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
GHENT — An Eden Prairie man, 17, was cited for speeding at 3:42 p.m. Sunday on Minnesota Highway 68, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
RUSSELL — A South Dakota man, 36, was cited for not having a valid Minnesota driver’s license in a traffic stop at 8:48 a.m. Sunday on the 1400 block of Lyon County Road 2, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
LYND — A Lynd female was arrested for a harassment restraining order violation at 2:42 p.m. Saturday on the 100 block of St. Albans Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
COTTONWOOD — Two North Dakota males were arrested and held for Stearns County in an incident at 1:47 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of 340th Street and Minnesota Highway 23, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
MARSHALL — A burglary reported at 8 a.m. Saturday on the 600 block of West Marshall Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A Pipestone man, 21, was cited for not having proof of insurance in a traffic stop at 1:34 a.m. Saturday at the intersection of East College Drive and O’Connell Street, Marshall Police said.

LYND — A South Dakota man, 41, was cited for not having a valid Minnesota driver’s license in a traffic stop at 5:56 p.m. Friday at the intersection of 200th Street and Minnesota Highway 23, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
MARSHALL — A school bus stop arm incident reported at 4:07 p.m. Friday on the 200 block of South Saratoga Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A report was sent for consideration of disorderly conduct charges against a juvenile, in an incident at 4:03 p.m. Friday on the 500 block of South Whitney Street, Marshall Police said.

TRACY — A property damage accident was reported at 12:55 p.m. Sunday on Highline Road, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.
MARSHALL — A two-vehicle crash was reported at 5:55 p.m. Sunday on the 1200 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said. No injuries were reported, Police said.
MARSHALL — A 2016 Toyota and a 2018 Ford were involved in a crash with a possible minor injury at 9:04 a.m. Saturday at the intersection of South Second Street and West Gray Place, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A 2013 Dodge and a 2005 Chrysler were involved in a crash at 5:33 p.m. Friday at the intersection of Ontario Road and North U.S. Highway 59, Marshall Police said.
