MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 54, was cited for not having a valid Minnesota driver’s license and not having insurance, in a traffic stop at 12:48 a.m. Friday at the intersection of North Bruce Street and Poplar Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A Marshall resident, 29, was cited for not having a valid Minnesota driver’s license in a traffic stop at 10:34 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of West College Drive and West Greeley Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A Morgan man, 20, was cited for speeding at 9:33 p.m. Thursday on the 2900 block of Lyon County Road 6, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — Fraud reported at 3:22 p.m. Thursday on the 800 block of Viking Drive is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A violation of an order for protection reported at 12:38 p.m. Thursday on the 500 block of West Marshall Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A Texas man, 50, was cited for not having a valid Minnesota driver’s license, driving an unregistered vehicle, and not having insurance, in a traffic stop at 11:03 a.m. Thursday at the intersection of South Bruce Street and East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

TRACY — A scam was reported at 10:48 a.m. Thursday on the 600 block of Randall Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL — Check fraud reported at 9:39 a.m. Thursday on the 800 block of Fairview Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 49, was arrested on a warrant at 8:10 a.m. Thursday on the 900 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.
