MARSHALL — An incident reported at 8:39 a.m. Friday on the 100 block of East Main Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A report was sent to the county attorney for consideration of no proof of insurance and attempting to evade tax charges against a 25-year-old Marshall woman, in connection with a traffic stop at 11:46 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of North Fourth Street and West Marshall Street, Marshall Street.
MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 36, was cited for not having proof of insurance in a traffic stop at 10:01 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of East Main Street and E Street, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A report is pending on a theft incident at 3:30 p.m. Thursday at the 900 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — Criminal sexual conduct reported at 11:28 a.m. Thursday on the 400 block of Tiger Drive is under investigation, Marshall Police said.
BALATON — An incident reported at 11:25 a.m. Thursday on the 200 block of North Washington Avenue is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
GARVIN — An incident reported at 10:46 a.m. Thursday on the 2700 block of 150th Street is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
TRACY — A suspicious incident was reported at 10:37 a.m. Thursday on the 800 block of Craig Avenue, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.
MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 30, was arrested on a warrant at 5:49 a.m. Thursday on the 600 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A two-vehicle crash was reported at 2:21 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of Boyer Drive and Clarice Avenue, Marshall Police said. No injuries were reported, Police said.
MARSHALL — A two-vehicle crash with possible injuries was reported at 7:56 am. Thursday at the intersection of Tiger Drive and North Minnesota Highway 23, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
