MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 35, was cited for driving after cancellation and not having insurance, in a traffic stop at 5:28 a.m. Friday at the intersection of South Fourth Street and West Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A Lynd woman, 55, was cited for not having a valid Minnesota driver’s license, in a traffic stop at 9:28 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of South Bruce Street and Horizon Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A report was sent to the city attorney’s office for consideration of charges for a harassment restraining order violation at 8:08 p.m. Thursday, Marshall Police said.

MINNEOTA — An incident reported at 10:40 a.m. Thursday on the 200 block of North Washington Street is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

BALATON — An incident reported at 9:04 a.m. Thursday on the 2000 block of U.S. Highway 14 is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 24, was arrested for trespassing and violating the conditions of his release, ina n incident at 12:53 a.m. Thursday on the 200 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A Minneapolis man, 35, was cited for driving after suspension, in a traffic stop at 12:12 a.m. Thursday at the intersection of East College Drive and Sunrise Lane, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
