MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 19, was cited for not having a valid Minnesota driver’s license in a traffic stop at 8:40 p.m. Monday at the intersection of East Lyon Street and Parkside Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 20, was cited for a stop sign violation at 8:11 p.m. Monday at the intersection of South Fourth Street and West Thomas Avenue, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A burglary reported at 2:54 p.m. Monday on the 1500 block of State Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MINNEOTA — Criminal sexual conduct was reported at 12:23 p.m. Monday on the 200 block of East Fifth Street, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 26, was cited for not having a valid Minnesota driver’s license and no proof of insurance in a traffic stop at 4:42 a.m. Monday at the intersection of South Sixth Street and South Seventh Street, Marshall Police said.

TRACY — An animal complaint was reported at 12:04 a.m. Monday on the 300 block of Eighth Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

TRACY — A report is pending on a property damage accident at 4:26 p.m. Monday at the intersection of 330th Avenue and Pine Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — A one-vehicle crash was reported at 3:14 p.m. Monday on the 1600 block of Victory Drive, Marshall Police said. No injuries were reported, Police said.

TRACY — A property damage accident was reported at 8:14 a.m. Monday at the intersection of South Fourth Street and Pine Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.
