MARSHALL — A report was sent to the county attorney’s office regarding a violation of release conditions by a 23-year-old Marshall woman in an incident at 3:13 p.m. Monday on the 600 block of North U.S. Highway 59, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 28, was cited for not having proof of insurance in a traffic stop at 11:08 a.m. Monday on the 800 block of East Southview Court, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A hit- and-run incident reported at 9:18 a.m. Monday on the 200 block of Legion Field Road is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 2007 Chevrolet Silverado and a 2016 Chevrolet Equinox collided in a property damage accident at 10:55 a.m. Tuesday at the intersection of East Main Street and North Minnesota Highway 23, Marshall Police said. No injuries were reported, Police said.

MARSHALL — A report is pending on a property damage accident at 12:17 p.m. Monday on the 900 block of East Main Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
