TRACY — A Heron Lake man, 36, was cited for allowing open bottle, and a Heron Lake woman, 35, was cited for open bottle in a traffic stop at 9:15 p.m. Friday at the intersection of Fourth Street and Craig Avenue, Tracy Police said.

MINNEOTA — A Minneota woman, 39, was cited for driving after suspension in a traffic stop at 3:33 p.m. Friday at the intersection of 180th Avenue and Lyon County Road 24, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
