MARSHALL — A Hanley Falls resident, 44, was cited for not having a valid Minnesota driver’s license or insurance in a traffic stop at 3:08 a.m. Thursday at the intersection of North Fifth Street and West Lyon Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A Fort Ripley man, 18, was cited for underage possession of alcohol in a traffic stop at 8:50 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of East College Drive and South Bruce Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

RUSSELL — A South Dakota man, 31, was cited for speeding at 6:23 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of 150th Avenue and Lyon County Road 2, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

GHENT — Fraud reported at 2:04 p.m. Wednesday on the 100 block of East McQuestion Street is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

COTTONWOOD — An incident reported at 10:28 a.m. Wednesday on the 400 block of Northwood Drive is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

COTTONWOOD — An incident reported at 9:57 a.m. Wednesday on East Cottonwood Street is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
