MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 30, was cited for not having a valid Minnesota driver’s license and not having insurance in a traffic stop at 5:44 a.m. Friday at the intersection of East Southview Drive and Hackberry, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — An animal complaint at 9:10 p.m. Thursday on the 2600 block of Minnesota Highway 23 is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — Assault reported at 6:47 p.m. Thursday on the 400 block of South Saratoga Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.
