MARSHALL — A Marshall woman, 38, was cited for not having current proof of insurance in a traffic stop at 8:09 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Jewett Street and East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 25, was cited for a stop arm violation in a traffic stop at 3:52 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of East Main Street and First Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A Burnsville man, 37, was cited for expired vehicle registration at 1:42 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of North Seventh Street and Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — Criminal sexual conduct reported at 1:40 p.m. Tuesday is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 40, was cited for not having insurance and expired registration in a traffic stop at 1:11 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of North Seventh Street and Fairview Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A violation of an order for protection reported at 10:36 a.m. Tuesday is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MINNEOTA — An animal complaint was reported at 8:42 a.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Maple Place and Railroad Drive, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL — A Willmar man, 40, was cited for vehicle tabs in a traffic stop at 1:27 a.m. Tuesday on the 100 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.
