MARSHALL — A report was sent to the city attorney’s office for consideration of domestic assault and no-contact violation charges against a Marshall man, 39, in an incident at 2:28 a.m. Friday on the 1200 block of Patricia Court, Marshall Police said.

TRACY — A suspicious incident was reported at 9:06 p.m. Thursday on the 500 block of Second Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL — Auto theft was reported at 6:25 p.m. Thursday on the 100 block of North First Street, Marshall Police said.

GARVIN — A Fergus Falls man, 55, was cited for driving after cancellation, and was arrested on a Murray County warrant in a traffic stop at 6:20 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of 140th Street and U.S. Highway 59, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

RUSSELL — An incident reported at 2:21 p.m. Thursday on the 100 block of Third Street is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

BALATON — An incident reported at 1:53 p.m. Thursday on the 100 block of South Central Avenue is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 29, was cited for driving after revocation and not having proof of insurance in a traffic stop at 12:40 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of North Whitney Street and East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — An incident reported at 11:55 a.m. Thursday on the 2800 block of Lyon County Road 6 is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

COTTONWOOD — An incident reported at 11:16 a.m. Thursday on the 100 block of Front Street is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 41, was arrested on a warrant at 5:07 a.m. Thursday on the 1100 block of Paris Road, Marshall Police said.
