MARSHALL — Theft reported at 10:07 p.m. Tuesday on the 1100 block of West Main Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A Worthington man, 27, was cited for driving after suspension in a traffic stop at 7:42 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of U.S. Highway 59 and Lyon County Road 20, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

TRACY — An incident involving a weapon was reported at 4:06 p.m. Tuesday on the 300 block of Front Street, Tracy Police said.

MARSHALL — A report was sent to the city attorney’s office for consideration of school bus stop arm violation charges against a 77-year-old Marshall woman in an incident at 2:08 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of South Fourth Street and Stephen Avenue, Marshall Police said.
