Crime and accidents for April 3

MARSHALL — A domestic incident reported at 3:55 p.m. Tuesday on the 400 block of West Marshall Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 24, was cited for driving after suspension, and not having current proof of insurance, in a traffic stop at 3:47 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of West Main Street and South Fourth Street, Marshall Police said.

BALATON — Harassment reported at 2:13 p.m. Tuesday on the 200 block of North Lake Avenue is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said. A report was sent to Probation in connection with the incident, the Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — A report was sent to the county attorney’s office for consideration of threats of violence charges against a 33-year-old Sioux Falls man in an incident at 9:19 a.m. Tuesday, Marshall Police said.

Accidents

MARSHALL — A two-vehicle crash was reported at 2:39 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of East College Drive and South Hill Street, Marshall Police said. Possible injuries were reported, and one vehicle was towed, Police said.

BALATON — A report is pending on a property damage accident at 2:35 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of East Second Street and South Lake Avenue, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
