TRACY — A suspicious incident was reported at 4:29 p.m. Monday on the 300 block of Harvey Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.
MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 29, was arrested for theft and violation of a domestic abuse no-contact order; and a 44-year-old Marshall woman was arrested for theft; in an incident at 3:29 p.m Monday on the 900 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A report is pending on an incident at 3:24 p.m. Monday on the 400 block of South Saratoga Street, Marshall Police said.
