TRACY — Services for C. Patricia (Bly) Nelson, 90, of Tracy will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 28, at Tracy Lutheran Church. Visitation will be 4-7 p.m Wednesday, Dec. 27, at Tracy Area Funeral Home with a prayer service at 6:30 p.m. Visitation will continue one hour prior to the service at church on Thursday. Burial will be at the Tracy City Cemetery. Stephens Funeral Service – Tracy Area Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
