David Kimpling

OLIVIA — Services for David John Kimpling, 60, of Olivia formerly of Ellsworth, will be at 2:30 p.m. Monday at Redwood Valley Funeral Home in Redwood Falls. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until the time of the service at Redwood Valley Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Strombeck Cemetery in Montevideo. Stephens Funeral Service – Redwood Valley Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

He died peacefully Tuesday, Nov. 19, 2024, in Olivia.

He was born Aug. 6, 1964, to Galen D. and Marlene A. (Peterson) Kimpling in Montevideo.

Survivors include his wife, Brenda; children, Charles Fulton of Sleepy Eye, Kristen Edmonds of Estelline, S.D. and Meghan Orness of Blaine; nine grandchildren; siblings, Delbert of Maynard, Dean of Arlington, S.D., Darlene of Sioux Falls, S.D., Debra Johnson of Maplewood and DeVonna Zeug of Lucan.
