TRACY — Services for Kathleen “Kay” Rosella Radke, 91, of Marion, Iowa, formerly of Tracy, will be at 2 p.m. today at the Tracy Area Funeral Home. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Tracy City Cemetery.
