COMFREY–Marie L. Evers, 91, of Comfrey, Minnesota, died on February 21, 2025, at Divine Providence Nursing Home in Sleepy Eye where she lived for the past four years. Visitation will be on Tuesday, February 25, 2025, from 9:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at St. Paul’s Catholic Church in Comfrey. Funeral Mass will follow at 11:00 a.m. The clergy will be Father Sam Perez. Interment will be at St. Paul’s Catholic Cemetery in Comfrey. Arrangements are with Sturm Funeral Home in Springfield. Online condolences may be left for the family at www.sturmfh.com. Marie is survived by her children, Mike Evers of Comfrey, Bev McCabe of Madelia, Linda Schiller of Comfrey, Allen Evers of Mountain Lake, Brad Evers of Sanborn, and Lori Krantz of Annandale, MN; 14 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
