To the editor:

After 4 years of defending Joe Biden and his disastrous policies, Dennis Phelps’ beloved Democratic Party recently launched a successful coup, forcing President Biden to resign against his will. With joyful shouts of exultation, Democrats have now made Vice President Harris their champion.

In Mr. Phelps’ recent letter to the editor, he attempts to champion Tim Walz for VP. However, Dennis fails to even mention Walz’s numerous documented leadership failures and his growing love affair with Marxism and political power in general.

Historical amnesia about the evils of communism is rampant among Democrats.

Recently, VP Harris inexplicably named our baggage laden governor as her running mate. Clearly, Walz brings nothing to help Harris win the White House, as Minnesota last supported a Republican for president in 1972. It is obvious that Kamela did not properly vet “Comrade Tim.” If she had, Kamela would have quickly deserted Walz for either Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro or Arizona U.S. Sen. Mark Kelly for her running mate. Both are respected and articulate men of courage. Both could help her win tossup states that she needs to win to become president.

If Kamela Harris cannot make even the simplest of decisions to help herself win the presidency, how can we expect her to protect America as our Commander in Chief?
