Bantam B
The Bantam B team opened its season this past weekend going 1-1 at home. On Saturday, the Tigers fell to Worthington 4-3. Hawkin Hartman had two goals while Alex Reaves netted a goal. Chase Renken added an assist and Alex Dunn made 17 saves in net. Marshall broke into the win column on Sunday, defeating Boji (Iowa) 4-1. Renken led the way with a pair of goals. Reaves and Nehum Klemm each scored a goal. Braylon Oey set up his teammates with three assists. Hartman and Carter Price each tallied an assist and Dun made nine saves in the win.
12U
Marshall 12U went 1-1 over the weekend, defeating New Ulm/Sleepy Eye before falling to Luverne. The Tigers opened with a 5-1 over the Eagles in Sleepy Eye. Addie Pieper had a pair of goals while Stella Geihl, Aria Williamson and Rylie Messenbrink each had a goal. Dakota Decamp and Ana Macosay pitched in assists and Brynn Stelter finished with 6 saves. After traveling back to Marshall, the Tigers fell to the Cardinals 4-1. Pieper scored the lone goal with an assist from Geihl. Stelter had 23 saves.
Pee Wee A
The Pee Wee A team picked up a trio of wins over the weekend in District 5 play. On Friday night the Tigers traveled to Luverne, defeating the Cardinals 18-4. Marshall played host to STMA on Saturday, winning 9-2 and finished off the weekend blanking Sartell 7-0 on Sunday. Liam Deutz led the way with eight goals and five assists while Brekkn Parrie had eight goals and two assists.
Ashyr Kiley added six goals and two assists, Dax Anderson had four goals and five assists and Jett Thomsen had four goals and an assist. Brogan Thordson netted two goals and an assist, Brayden Boerboom had a goal and an assist and Theo Schroeder found the net for a goal. Griffin Leibfried had three assists, Easton Colvin and Grayson Hawkinson each had a pair of assists, and Charlie Grannes had an assist. Bentley Harrington finished the weekend with 57 saves.
Pee Wee B
Marshall Pee Wee B had a pair of games over the weekend, going 0-2. On Saturday the Tigers traveled to Worthington, falling 5-3. Tracer Trollman had a pair of goals while Chandler Stidman netted one goal. On Sunday Marshall played host to New Ulm/Sleepy Eye with a 12-2 loss. Trollman scored two goals assisted by Jax Wurscher and Stidman. Jayden Novosad made 41 saves on the weekend.
Squirt B Orange
The Squirt B Orange team picked up two District 4 wins in home games this weekend. On Saturday the Tigers played host to Fairmont, defeating the Cardinals 7-5. Asher Riley had five goals and an assist while Ramie Anderson and Adrian Hennen each had a goal and an assist.
Liam Foley finished with 17 saves. Marshall hosted Boji (Iowa) on Sunday, coming away with a 10-3 win. Hennen led the way with four goals and two assists. Everett Johnson and Maxton Willert each had a pair of goals while Anderson had a goal and an assist. Jackson Dale tallied an assist and Foley had 10 saves in the win.
